Shipping and Delivery

All deliveries from Jojormaru will be handled by Sagawa Express.

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately. We will cover any additional shipping costs. We will notify you by email if your order is shipped in separate packages, so please rest assured.

The shipping fee is 800 yen nationwide.

Free shipping for purchases of 9,999 yen (tax included) or more.

*This applies to one shipping address.

*Free shipping does not apply to deliveries outside Japan.

Please enter your preferred date and time in the message field on the payment screen when placing your order.

*If you forget to enter it, please contact our support center by email.

Please note that shipping will commence after payment confirmation.

Jojormaru typically takes 5 to 12 business days to ship after receiving your order.

*Delivery may be slightly delayed due to road conditions, weather, etc. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

If you are not available to receive your package at the time of delivery, the shipping company will leave a missed delivery notice in your mailbox. Please re-request delivery using the notice within the storage period to receive your package.

If delivery cannot be made due to your long-term absence, unknown address, or refusal to receive, the package will be returned to Jojormaru.

In such cases, please contact our support center. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee and re-shipping fee.
