At Jojormaru, all products are inspected before shipping. Delivery usually takes 7-12 days. We apologize for the wait and appreciate your understanding.
* As we operate both a domestic warehouse and overseas factories, there are two shipping origins: domestic shipping and overseas branch shipping.
* Please be assured that all returns and exchanges are handled domestically, regardless of the shipping origin.

① If I make a mistake in the size, color, or quantity of the item ordered, can I change it?
If you made a mistake in your order, you will need to place a new order. If payment has already been made via credit card, etc., please contact us by phone or email.

② How much is shipping?
Flat rate of 800 yen nationwide.
③ I want to add an item to an already confirmed order, what should I do?
Consolidated shipping is only possible for orders placed on the same day. (Not applicable for convenience store payments)
Please note that if the shipping address or payment method differs, consolidated shipping will not be possible.
Also, as we strive to ship on the same day whenever possible, consolidated shipping may not be possible even for orders placed on the same day.

④ Is shipping separate for additional orders?
For additional orders, please contact us in advance by email or phone. Shipping will only be free if it can be combined with your previous order.

⑤ What is the payment deadline?
Payment is due within 7 days from the day after purchase.
* If the deadline is exceeded, the order will be automatically canceled.
⑥ I made a payment, but I haven't received a payment confirmation email.
We verify payment using the phonetic spelling of your name provided during registration. Is there any discrepancy between the name you registered and the name on the account? If you don't receive a payment confirmation email, please contact us.

⑦ How long will it take for the product to arrive?
We will ship within 7 days after order confirmation. Product delivery usually takes about 5-7 days, so please understand.

After Ordering - Until Product Arrival
① I haven't received an order confirmation email, has my order been placed correctly?
Within a few minutes of placing your order, an automatic order confirmation email will be sent from our site. If you have not received any email, it is possible that the email address you registered is incorrect. In that case, please contact us. Also, please check the following possible reasons:

② Can I change the shipping address?
Yes, before preparations for shipping begin.
③ I want to be notified after the product has shipped.
You will receive a shipping notification email.
④ How can I check the delivery status?
The shipping notification email will contain the product's tracking number. Please use that number to check the status yourself.
⑤ I want to know the product arrival date.
We will ship within 7 days after order confirmation, and product delivery usually takes about 5-7 days. You can check the product delivery status and the courier's contact information using the tracking number.
⑥ I want to cancel my order.
If you wish to cancel an order, please be sure to contact us via [email/phone].

After Product Arrival
① My items arrived separately, what about shipping costs?
If you order multiple items, they may be delivered separately. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs, so please don't worry.
② What happens to my refund if I exchange or return an item?
All matters regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges will be handled via email. Please contact us by email within 8 days.

③ About refund time and method
Refund processing will be handled within 48 hours.
Refund methods:
For credit card payments: Refunds will be made to the card.
For convenience store payments: Refunds will be made via bank transfer.
(We will guide you on the refund recipient account information via email.)
Paypal: Refunds will be made to your Paypal account.
* In case of quality issues, we will bear all refund fees.

① What if I forget my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen, and a [Password Reset] email will be sent to your registered email address. Please follow the instructions to reset your password.
② I want to change my registered address and email address.
You can change your registered customer information, such as address, phone number, and email address, from My Page. If you need to change your address or email address after payment, please contact us via email or phone.
