Order Flow |


At Jojormaru, all products are inspected before shipping. Delivery usually takes 7-12 days. We apologize for the wait and appreciate your understanding.
How to Order |
From the product page, select the [color, size, quantity] of the item you wish to purchase, add it to your cart, and proceed to the checkout screen. After completing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive an email after some time, please check your "spam folder" or confirm your order status from your order history. (Please be assured that not receiving an email will not affect the shipment of your product.)
*Jojormaru only accepts online orders. We are unable to process orders through other methods (phone, email).

About Email Reception Settings |
Communications from Jojormaru will be sent from email addresses with the domain "@jojormaru.com". Depending on your email reception settings, emails may not be received correctly, so please set your email to receive messages from "@jojormaru.com".

If You Don't Receive an Email |
Jojormaru sends automated system emails upon membership registration and order completion. We also reply to customer inquiries within 48 hours.
*If you do not receive an email or a reply, it is possible that the email was not delivered due to spam settings. Please configure your email to receive emails from our domain "@jojormaru.com" and contact us again.

About Order Cancellations |
As a general rule, we do not accept order cancellations. Please ensure there are no errors before confirming your order.
If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you by email.

About Product Shortages After Ordering |
At Jojormaru, we meticulously inspect each product before shipping. Therefore, some products may not pass inspection and will be deemed unsuitable for shipment.
We sincerely apologize, but in such cases, your order will be cancelled, and the payment request will be reversed. We appreciate your understanding.

*As a general rule, only credit cards under the name of the orderer will be accepted.
Convenience Store Payment |
Convenience store payment is prepayment. Shipment will be made after payment confirmation.
After obtaining the payment information, please pay at the convenience store according to the instructions on the screen.

Shipping Carrier |
All Jojormaru shipments are handled by Sagawa Express.
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately. We will cover the shipping costs for any split shipments. Please rest assured that we will notify you by email if your order is shipped in multiple packages.

Shipping Fee |
A flat rate of 800 yen nationwide.
Free shipping for purchases of 9,999 yen (tax included) or more.
*Applies to one shipping address.

About Specifying Delivery Date and Time |
Please enter your desired date and time in the message field on the payment screen when placing your order.
*If you forget to enter it, please contact our support center by email.

Estimated Delivery Time |
Jojormaru generally takes 5 to 14 business days from the day after you place your order.
*There may be slight delays due to road conditions, weather, etc. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

If delivery was not possible due to your absence |
If you were not present to receive your package upon delivery, a redelivery notice will be placed in your mailbox by the shipping company. We kindly ask you to request redelivery using the notice within the storage period and receive your package.

About Long-Term Absence, Unknown Address, or Refusal to Receive |
If delivery is not possible due to your long-term absence, refusal to receive, or an unknown address, the package will be returned to Jojormaru.
In such cases, please contact our support center. The return shipping cost and reshipment cost will be borne by the customer.


About Product Defects |
In the unlikely event of a defective product, please contact our support center within 7 days of receiving the item. After confirming stock, we will exchange it for the same product. When contacting us, please attach a photo of the defective area, even if it's taken with a smartphone or mobile phone.
Information to provide: [Order number, Orderer, Description of defect, Photo of defect]
*If the replacement product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Cases where product defects cannot be addressed |
・More than 7 days have passed since delivery.
・No prior contact was made.
・Product tags or accessories are missing.
・Photos of the defective area are not provided.
・Signs of wear, alteration, or washing of the product.

・The product was soiled or damaged during return shipping.

If a Different Product Arrives |
If a product different from your order arrives, we will exchange it for the correct product. Please attach a photo of the product in question.
*We will bear the shipping costs for the return and reshipment of the product.
*If the exchange product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
*Refunds for convenience store payments will be made via bank transfer.

About Exchanges and Returns |
Please note that our shop does not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
*Examples of customer convenience:
・Product image differs from actual item
・Size doesn't fit, too big, too small
・Ordered by mistake
・Minor dirt, fraying, wrinkles, odor, loose stitching, etc.

About Cooling-Off Period |
The cooling-off system applies to door-to-door sales and solicitation sales.
Jojormaru is a mail-order business that customers access, so the cooling-off system does not apply. Please be aware of this in advance.


About Product Condition |
Jojormaru has factories overseas, and all products are manufactured overseas.
Product conditions may include the following:
・Fraying, loose threads, no washing tags, wrinkles, loose beads or buttons, or overall inferior craftsmanship.
・Fabric materials may change slightly depending on the manufacturer's production lot.
・Designs may change slightly depending on the manufacturer's production lot.

About Buttonholes |
Jojormaru generally ships products with buttonholes already opened.
However, in the unlikely event that products such as jeans, blouses, or items with button closures do not have opened buttonholes, you will need to open them yourself. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

About Product Colors |
The photos published on the site may appear slightly different in color from the actual product due to lighting conditions during photography and the monitor/PC environment you are viewing them on. We appreciate your understanding.

About Sizes |
All listed sizes are flat measurements, and there may be slight variations between individual products.
