Defective Products |
In the unlikely event of a defective product, please contact our support center within 7 days of receiving the product. After checking our stock, we will exchange it for the same product. When contacting us, please attach a photo of the defective part; a photo taken with a smartphone or mobile phone is acceptable.
Please provide the following information: [Order number, Orderer name, Description of defect, Photo of defect]
*If the replacement product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Cases where defective products cannot be addressed |
・If 7 days have passed since delivery
・If there is no prior contact
・If the product's tags or accessories are missing
・If you cannot provide a photo of the defective part
・If there are signs of wear, alteration, or washing
of the product
・If the product has acquired an odor, stains, or
scratches while in your possession
・If the product is damaged or soiled during return shipping

If you received a different product |
If you received a product different from the one you purchased, we will exchange it for the correct product. Please attach a photo that clearly shows the product.
*We will bear the shipping costs for the return and reshipment of the product.
*If the replacement product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Exchanges and Returns |
We regret to inform you that our shop does not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
*Examples of customer convenience:
・Product image differs from expectations
・Size does not fit, is too large, or too small
・Ordered by mistake
・Minor stains, loose threads, wrinkles, odors, poor stitching, etc.

About Cooling-off Period |
The cooling-off period is a system applicable to door-to-door sales and solicitation sales.
Jojormaru is a mail-order business where customers access our site, so the cooling-off system does not apply. Please be aware of this in advance.


Product Condition |
Jojormaru has factories overseas, and all products are produced overseas.
Product conditions may include the following:
・Loose threads, unfinished seams, missing wash tags, wrinkles, loose beads or buttons, or overall inferior craftsmanship
・Slight changes in fabric material depending on the manufacturer's production lot
・Slight changes in design depending on the manufacturer's production lot

About Buttonholes |
Jojormaru generally ships products with buttonholes already cut.
However, in rare cases for denim, blouses, or items with button loops, the buttonholes may not be cut. In such cases, we kindly ask customers to cut the buttonholes themselves. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

About Product Colors |
Please note that the colors of the products in the photos published on the site may appear slightly different from the actual product due to lighting conditions during shooting and the monitor/PC environment you are viewing them on.

About Sizes |
All listed sizes are flat measurements, and there may be slight variations between individual products.
